Zojuist bekend geworden met een nieuw project vervolgen wij onze fijne samenwerking met Groningen Environmental Agency!

Our goal: to make the closed cases from the old VTH application archive-worthy and transfer them securely to MY-LEX Control (the new name for MY-LEX Legacy).

Wat gaan we óá doen?

• Smart delivery from the source, by restructuring and enriching MY-LEX®.
• Complete picture: All relevant metadata is retained, including links to documents and other cases, and clickable in MY-LEX
• Context can be found at the environmental location: you can search and refine by environmental location, and the environmental location is visible in the details.
• Documents + metadata in order: PDFs, images, etc.

• Closed cases permanently accessible
• Faster insight, less searching
• Better file creation
• Future-proof and compliant archiving
