MY-LEX was founded in 1987 by Matt Moayedi, initially as part of Europe's first CD-ROM production facility.

Development of retrieval software began, with early solutions supporting customers across the legal, scientific, and public sectors.

The company was renamed C-CONTENT, reflecting its growing ambitions in content and information management.

The company shifted its focus towards enterprise-wide content integration technology.

After 30 years of innovation, the company moved to a new office and changed its name to MY-LEX.

The MY-LEX Suite® was launched, delivering end-to-end solutions for retrieval, archiving, migration, anonymisation, and destruction.

MY-LEX joined the Abingdon Software Group, accelerating product innovation and delivering enhanced value to customers.

MY-LEX introduces new branding, renews the website and launches three new product modules. In June 2026 the newest product is launched: MY-LEX Archive.
Behind MY-LEX is a team of specialists with a passion for technology and driven by impact. Our leadership combines decades of experience in information management, innovation and customer success, ensuring that every project delivers lasting value.
