Municipality of Vlaardingen has once again chosen MY-LEX

We are proud to announce that the Municipality of Vlaardingen has once again chosen MY-LEX®, this time for an important migration of data to our MY-LEX Legacy® solution. With this collaboration, we are helping the municipality say goodbye to six applications:

• Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Permit systems
• Customer Contact Centre (KCC) system
• In addition, we are unlocking the data on the network drives as a live source so that we can also analyse this data with MY-LEX Insight®.

How we approach this:

MY-LEX migrates the data to our Legacy solution so that it can be efficiently managed and searched. Thanks to our MY-LEX Insight® Engine, the Municipality of Vlaardingen gains in-depth insight into the available data. This includes detecting duplicate files and identifying sensitive information. In phase 2, we will also look at how we can offer this cleaned-up data to other departments within the municipalities.
