The Province of South Holland and MY-LEX are entering into a strategic partnership to organise and, where necessary, further develop the province’s products and (Woo) processes in such a way that the solution increasingly aligns with its wishes and ambitions. Both now and looking to the future.

For the Province of South Holland, we are creating a publication platform that accelerates and simplifies the Woo-publication process . Via MY-LEX Flow, files and documents are collected and prepared for publication, after which they are published directly to a publication environment. In addition, we are setting up this environment so that all published information is made centrally accessible, not only from the publishing environment but also from Notubiz.
The result: faster publication with less manual work, a consistent and repeatable publication flow, and for citizens, a single location with powerful enterprise search to search specifically within all publicly released documents. Simple where possible, flexible where necessary.
“For the creation of this platform, the Province of South Holland chose to partner with MY-LEX because they offer the opportunity to jointly shape the processes and products in a way that best aligns with the Province’s wishes and ambitions” – Richard Letterboer, Province of South Holland.
For a province, compliance with the Woo is important for open and accountable governance. Provincial decisions often concern issues that directly affect residents and organisations. By making decisions, supporting documents and considerations publicly available more quickly and more easily, trust grows and it becomes easier for the Provincial Council of South Holland and the public to follow how decisions are reached. With a well-organised disclosure chain, accountability also becomes an integral part of the work: timely where necessary, proactive where possible, and careful when sensitive information is involved (such as privacy or confidential business data). In this way, Woo compliance is not just a ‘must’, but also helps to improve information management, reduce workload and limit the risks of delays or disputes.
