Support and acceleration of the Woo process.
Collecting files and documents ready for publication and preparing them for publication.
Via a dedicated environment as well as through Notubiz.
Is enhanced by simplified publication and improved discoverability
Simple where possible, flexible where necessary (support for exceptions and workflows)
With a well-designed disclosure chain, accountability becomes an integral part of the work: on time where required, proactive where possible, and meticulous when sensitive information is involved (such as privacy or confidential business data).

For a province, compliance with the Woo is important for open and accountable governance. Provincial decisions often concern issues that directly affect residents and organisations. By making decisions, supporting documents and considerations more readily and easily accessible, trust grows and it becomes easier for the Provincial Council of South Holland and the public to follow how decisions are reached.
