How We Help

The client tracking system was used from 2006 to 2019 and the data could only be accessed via Internet Explorer. The application was also no longer supported. The 35,000 individual client files were still occasionally accessed and the data must be retained until 2030.

The Result

Together, we look at the end-user’s functional requirements as well as the underlying database and structures. We integrate this into MY-LEX Control.

As one end user said, “It’s very easy to find information after the migration. I find accessing the data within MY-LEX a real relief compared to the original application!” In addition, the CAD (Concern Archieven Dienst) of the Municipality of Rotterdam can continue to manage the archives effectively.
