We ensure the security and discoverability of the data, as well as good manageability. Our archive solution offers all the necessary record management functionalities to carry out effective information management in accordance with the Public Records Act. All this in a highly (cost) efficient manner!
The client tracking system was used from 2006 to 2019 and the data could only be accessed via Internet Explorer. The application was also no longer supported. The 35,000 individual client files were still occasionally accessed and the data must be retained until 2030.
As one end user said, “It’s very easy to find information after the migration. I find accessing the data within MY-LEX a real relief compared to the original application!” In addition, the CAD (Concern Archieven Dienst) of the Municipality of Rotterdam can continue to manage the archives effectively.
