Collecting, anonymising and publishing using MY-LEX
Omgevingsdienst Drenthe uses MY-LEX Flow and publishes documents on its own publication portal.
Complex application landscape with legacy systems has been greatly simplified.

Using a flexible, data-driven process, we improve and enrich twenty years of data for the South Holland South Environmental Agency (hereinafter referred to as OZHZ). Some of this data is transferred to the new case management system and some is stored for archiving purposes, while the accessibility of all information is significantly improved.
What is happening at OZHZ?
Previous migrations from various systems have created a complex data landscape.
Maintaining older, on-premise systems no longer fits in with the environmental service's vision. "Almost all applications have been SaaS-ified."
Current cases from the old case system must be transferred as seamlessly as possible so that work can continue. Data left behind from previous migrations will be included in this.
New and future expansions are easier to carry out by using MY-LEX to transfer data.
Compliance with retention periods, destruction and compliance.
Faster insight and future-proof data management.
We simplify the data landscape by unlocking data from old systems, combining that data and linking it to additional data sources such as the old and existing VTH application, the old case system and various supplied lists. After transferring current enriched data to the new case system, the remaining enriched data is placed in a MY-LEX archive. There, smart search functions easily manage access. This allows us to start with a relatively clean slate in the new case system, while still keeping the old data available to all employees. The implementation of the project and the use of specialised MY-LEX consultancy is therefore just as important as the final storage of the data sets.

Maintaining older on-premise systems no longer fit within the vision of the South Holland South Environmental Agency. With MY-LEX Control, OZHZ was able to migrate to their new system with minimal disruption, giving employees full access to archived data with greater insight into connections and related data from other systems, while OZHZ could say goodbye to the old case and registration systems. Furthermore, future expansions are now easier to implement, for example when expanding tasks for the Province or Municipalities.
