The Drenthe Environmental Agency uses MY-LEX Flow. Using this version of MY-LEX makes it possible to collect data automatically or manually and add it to collections within MY-LEX. Using to create collections within MY-LEX enables Omgevingsdienst Drenthe employees to work on the documents together. These can then be easily anonymised using an anonymisation tool (MY-LEX partner link) . Documents are anonymised and visible in MY-LEX and can be easily exported to the public website of Omgevingsdienst Drenthe using MY-LEX Flow. MY-LEX also provides clear insight into duplicate documents that, for example, were processed in the past in the network folders and were later processed in SharePoint. By using MY-LEX Flow, it is possible to easily display business-critical search terms within MY-LEX.
