How We Help

MY-LEX unlocks the data from both the old case management system (with the linked Alfresco DMS) and other old applications. The metadata is enriched during this migration to form complete and consistent files. The cleaned and checked dataset is migrated to the MY-LEX archive, where the data can be managed sustainably and centrally. At the same time, a scalable migration structure is set up to efficiently prepare for futur phase-outs. Throughout the entire process, MY-LEX works closely with the municipality of Alkmaar through validations, quality checks and continuous coordination.

The Result

Thanks to the migration to the MY-LEX archive, the municipality of Alkmaar now has a single, centralised and sustainable information system in which all data can be accessed and managed in a uniform and reliable manner.

The files have become more complete and consistent because metadata and document relationships have been carefully linked. This allows old applications to be phased out smoothly, without disrupting employees' work processes. At the same time, the administrative burden has been significantly reduced and clear, future-proof savings are possible. In addition, there is now a scalable and repeatable basis on which Alkmaar can phase out various other sources in a controlled manner in the coming years.
